The key feature of Nibiru Network is the provision of a secure, open, high-speed, co-constructed, and shared decentralized IP layer network based on the SDN/SDVN networking technology. The network provides an open and closed-loop economic ecosystem where users can benefit from each other's services. Resource providers are responsible for maintaining system stability across the blockchain layer, IP network service layer, storage service layer, and Web3 application layer, and offering a variety of services in the real-world application market.
Nibiru Network Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) that consists of a layer one public blockchain with robust smart contract capabilities that are fully compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). This compatibility allows developers to migrate or deploy their projects from Ethereum, offering users the same DAPP experience at a lower cost.
To achieve this vision, the development of the network is divided into four stages to ensure steady progress and the ultimate achievement of the final goal.
In the Anchor phase, the Nibiru network is established using distributed ledgers, EVM, and account systems with the Multi Proof of Stake (MPoS) consensus protocol. This foundation serves as an anchor that connects the virtual and real worlds in later phases.
In the Pulse phase, the Proof of Flow (PoF) protocol aims to create an economic model that converts real-world business values into SDVN virtual network traffic. This model includes consumers, resource providers, and network traffic. Services are rewarded with NBN incentives through protocol consensus.
In the Pulse phase, the launch of the PoF protocol solved the problem of how real-world business can be reflected in the virtual world through verifiable proofs and created a high-speed value communication network based on SDVN technology for data flow. In the Stellar phase, the focus will be on providing fully decentralized storage, trading, and execution markets for massive amounts of information and resources.
MPoS, PoF, PoC, and PoV have built a decentralized communication network and storage infrastructure for Nibiru Network that connects the real and virtual worlds. Activities in the real world are mapped to economic incentives in the virtual world through consensus protocols, and vice versa. When this infrastructure is effectively validated and proven to be usable, we will enter the fourth phase of the Nibiru Network: Lumen (the light network).
